Ship Your Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned frames, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
